Founding 100
program terms.

This participation framework is provided for applicant review. Acceptance into the program requires a written invitation and a final participation agreement approved by both parties.

1. Application and acceptance

Submitting an application requests a program review. It does not create a klaxify account, reserve a place, authorize store access, or form a subscription. klaxify may accept, waitlist, or decline an application based on operating fit, capacity, safety, and launch readiness. Acceptance is effective only when klaxify sends a written invitation that identifies the participating company.

2. Program period and included service

An accepted member is eligible for a 90-day Growth pilot beginning on the mutually agreed launch date. The onboarding plan will document included stores, team members, conversation and autonomous-resolution allowances, channels, integrations, migration sources, implementation work, and success measures. Work or usage outside that written scope requires prior agreement.

3. Founder pricing

If a member chooses to convert after the pilot, the Growth monthly subscription rate recorded in its acceptance record is eligible to remain fixed for 24 months from paid conversion. Taxes, documented overages, added capacity, third-party charges, premium services, custom development, and a materially different plan or scope are not included in the rate lock.

4. Migration and onboarding

klaxify will assess the source system, map supported records, preview or stage available data, validate critical workflows, and agree on a cutover plan. Migration availability and completeness depend on source-system access, export quality, APIs, permissions, and supported data types. klaxify does not promise that every source record can be migrated or that every migration will have zero downtime.

5. Security, access, and customer data

Store and channel connections occur only after authorized setup inside the member’s tenant-scoped workspace. The member remains responsible for granting appropriate permissions, identifying authorized users, and confirming policies and approval limits. Production use remains subject to klaxify’s applicable service, privacy, security, and data-processing terms.

6. Feedback, measurement, and product decisions

The member agrees to participate in reasonable onboarding and weekly operating reviews during the pilot. klaxify may use aggregated or de-identified learnings to improve the product. Feature requests are reviewed for shared customer impact, feasibility, safety, and roadmap fit; the program does not guarantee delivery of a requested feature.

7. Publicity and case studies

Participation does not require a positive testimonial, endorsement, video, case study, or continued subscription. klaxify will not publish a member’s name, logo, quote, identifiable metrics, or story without separate written approval of the specific final material. Any public story will disclose material free-service consideration where required and will identify the measurement period and sample size for performance claims.

8. Confidentiality and intellectual property

Each party should protect non-public business, customer, security, product, and technical information received through the program. Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing materials and intellectual property. Final contractual terms will address permitted data use, feedback, product improvements, and confidential information in more detail.

9. Ending participation

Either party may end the pilot if the operating fit changes, required access or cooperation is unavailable, safety or security concerns arise, or material program expectations are not met. Before a planned exit, the parties will review available export options, connection removal, and data-retention obligations. A member is never required to purchase a subscription at the end of the pilot.

10. Final agreement controls

The written invitation, accepted order form, service terms, privacy terms, data-processing agreement, and any signed program addendum will control over this public draft if they conflict. klaxify may revise this draft for future applicants; the terms version stored with an application identifies the draft acknowledged at submission.
