Start in the Operations Center
The Operations Center is the default klaxify workspace home. It organizes open support by the judgment required instead of presenting every conversation as equally urgent.
Use it to review:
- Conversations that AI employees can likely handle from current context.
- Shopify actions waiting for human approval.
- Failed operations, priority conversations, VIP customers, and response risks.
- Recent AI investigations, proposals, handoffs, and verified outcomes.
- Current customer topics based on tenant-owned conversation categories.
Metrics link back to the underlying conversations, approvals, and audit events. Revenue protection appears only when a completed outcome includes attributable value; klaxify does not invent a value from an unresolved ticket.
Review an approval
Open an item in Approval queue to review the customer conversation and supporting commerce context. Approving does not blindly replay an earlier request. klaxify checks the live Shopify state, current tenant policy, permissions, amount limits, and duplicate protection immediately before execution.
Open Customer 360
Open Customers, then choose a customer. Customer 360 combines recent conversations, connected Shopify orders, lifetime value, and verified memory.
Every memory fact shows:
- Its value and category.
- Whether it is verified from a connected system or approved by a teammate.
- Its source, confidence, and most recent observation date.
- An optional expiration date.
Use Correct for an approved human fact, Confirm to reaffirm it, or Don't remember to remove it from active memory. Shopify facts refresh from Shopify and should be corrected at the source.
Memory privacy and AI use
Standard verified facts can be supplied to an AI employee when relevant. Sensitive facts remain visible to the team but are excluded from AI prompts. Restricted facts are visible only to managers and are also excluded from AI prompts.
All additions, corrections, confirmations, and removals are tenant-scoped and recorded in the Audit Log. A fact from one organization is never available to another organization.
