View your plan
Open Settings, then Plan & billing, to review the current workspace subscription and included features. Plan allowances are presented as predictable customer-conversation capacity rather than a separate per-resolution AI bill.
Update billing
Use the secure billing portal to update the payment method or manage the subscription. Billing changes apply to the current organization only.
Optional items, such as additional AI-generated agent profile photos, show their price and require an explicit checkout. They are never purchased silently by an AI agent.
