Browse integrations

Open Integrations to search by category, featured status, or connection state. Every connection belongs only to the current organization and cannot use another tenant's credentials or data.

Shopify, Gmail, Amazon SES, and Meta use their dedicated connection flows. Loop Subscriptions, Recharge, and Appstle each have a focused subscription setup with live connection tests, synchronization, approval rules, and result verification.

The directory also includes marketing, review, return, messaging, shipping, loyalty, marketplace, commerce, risk, voice, collaboration, ERP, and automation providers. Open a provider to see its exact credential labels, required scopes, provider approval or plan requirements, official setup link, and supported customer context.

Save a provider-scoped credential, use Test provider connection when available, then copy the tenant-specific webhook URL into the provider. If the provider supplies a signing secret, save it so klaxify can reject forged events. Supported events are matched to customers and normalized into the inbox and customer context. A saved credential never authorizes klaxify to make a provider change; provider actions remain subject to eligibility checks, workspace permissions, approval policy, result verification, and an audit record.

Connect WhatsApp Business

WhatsApp requires Meta business verification and the applicable App Review approval. In the WhatsApp Business setup page:

  1. Save the WhatsApp Business Account ID, a least-privilege Meta system-user token, and the Meta app secret.
  2. Copy the callback URL and callback verification token shown by klaxify into Meta.
  3. Subscribe the app to WhatsApp message events and send a test message to the business number.
  4. Confirm that the conversation appears in the inbox before enabling autonomous sending.

Inbound customer text messages and outbound text replies use the same tenant connection. Delivery status callbacks do not create duplicate customer messages.

Manage access

Only workspace roles with management permission can configure or remove integrations. Disabling an integration stops its capabilities for new work; historical conversation and audit records remain available where required.
