Every action follows the same safety path
When a human or AI teammate proposes a Shopify change, klaxify checks the live order before anything changes. It verifies eligibility, fulfillment and payment state, existing refunds, required scopes, the supported Shopify API operation, and duplicate requests.
Your action policy then decides whether the validated request is automatic, waits for a manager, or is disabled. Amount limits can keep small routine refunds automatic while routing larger amounts to approval.
Inline actions
Open an order in the right context panel to add a note, edit an unfulfilled shipping address, fulfill with tracking, cancel an eligible order, or refund the remaining eligible amount. Address forms are prefilled from verified Shopify data so you edit rather than retype the address.
Approval and audit
Approval-required actions appear in Automations. The manager sees the proposed action, current order state, amount, requestor, and reason. klaxify validates the order again immediately before execution. The timeline and audit log record the actor, approver, result, and Shopify request IDs.
If validation fails, klaxify blocks the action and explains why. A failed or blocked request never becomes a completed result.
