Workspace roles apply inside one tenant. A person may belong to more than one organization, but their membership and role are evaluated separately in each.
Role guidance
- Owner manages the subscribed organization, team, integrations, policy, and billing.
- Manager configures support operations and approves governed work.
- Agent handles conversations and uses permitted tools without changing protected configuration.
- Analyst or read-only roles inspect the information allowed by the workspace without executing actions.
- Billing roles manage subscription and invoices without needing customer-support privileges.
Refunds, cancellations, and other approval-required actions must be approved by a role allowed by the workspace policy. Do not share logins. Remove access promptly when a teammate leaves, and review memberships regularly.
These tenant roles do not grant access to klaxify’s private service operations or other subscriber organizations.
