FOUNDER

Built by an ecommerce operator who kept expecting more.

Jasper began writing code when the Tandy 1000, Commodore 64, and dot-matrix printers felt cutting edge. He started a computer-repair business at eleven, later studied at Northwestern University, the Kellogg School of Management, and the Pritzker School of Law, and moved through executive leadership and ecommerce brand-building roles.

After experiencing the cost and limitations of traditional helpdesks firsthand, he began shaping klaxify into a smarter, faster, more controllable way for ecommerce brands to understand customers and finish support work.
