klaxify can use a managed email path when your support team does not connect a Gmail mailbox. Availability depends on the sending-domain and production-delivery checks shown on the Connections page. A workspace is not marked ready merely because an address was entered.

Choose the support identity

Use a support address that customers already recognize, such as help@yourbrand.com. The workspace owner must verify that identity before klaxify can send as it. Do not use an employee's private mailbox as the shared support identity.

The generated inbound address follows the pattern brand@inbound.klaxify.com. If the requested name is already assigned, klaxify adds a number. Forward your existing support address to the exact inbound address shown in Connections.

Complete sender verification

Your domain administrator may need to add sender-authentication DNS records. Copy the exact records shown in Connections into the DNS provider that manages your domain, then return to klaxify and check verification again.

Do not remove existing mail records. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC changes can affect all mail from the domain, so ask the domain administrator to review any existing records before combining values.

Confirm readiness

Before routing customer mail, verify all of the following:

  1. The support identity is verified.
  2. The inbound forwarding address receives a test message.
  3. A reply arrives from the expected support identity and remains in the original thread.
  4. Delivery, delay, bounce, complaint, and retry status can be seen in Launch Center.
  5. The workspace has a documented rollback: disable forwarding and return to the prior mailbox.

The klaxify platform owner separately controls production sending access and regional provider configuration. Tenant administrators cannot override a platform-level delivery restriction.

Troubleshooting

  • If verification remains pending, confirm the DNS records are published on the exact sending domain rather than a similar domain.
  • If inbound mail is missing, confirm forwarding is enabled and the generated address was copied without spaces.
  • If replies fail, review Connections and Launch Center before retrying. A retry reuses the saved tenant-scoped message so klaxify does not create a second customer reply.
  • Keep Gmail connected until the managed path passes the send-and-reply test if you are migrating a live support address.
