Launch Center gives workspace owners and managers one place to prepare klaxify for real customer work. Open Configure → Launch Center.
Follow the readiness checklist
The checklist verifies the inputs that most directly affect accurate, safe resolutions:
- Shopify is connected and the current catalog is synced.
- Product facts and controlled claims are reviewed.
- Shipping, return, and refund policies are published.
- AI employee identity, voice, instructions, and sign-off are configured.
- Shopify action approval rules and amount limits are set.
- Gmail is connected as a customer channel.
- A representative customer request has been evaluated.
klax IQ stays supervised when required setup is missing. Completing the checklist does not weaken your approval rules.
Run a safe customer-request simulation
Paste a realistic customer request into See how klax IQ would handle a request. The preview shows every intent, its decision and rationale, the response structure, governed actions, missing setup, and whether outside AI would be needed.
The simulator does not send a message, change Shopify, or create a customer action.
Watch message reliability
The Delivery section shows content-free operational telemetry for connected email paths. It reports success rate, failures, duplicate events stopped, delivery latency, and queued sync jobs. Customer message bodies and credentials are not copied into this view.
When a failed event has a linked background job, a manager can choose Retry safely. The retry reuses the existing tenant-scoped job instead of creating a second customer message.
Measure a pilot
Choose Start measured pilot before the team begins its representative trial. klaxify saves the starting baseline and tracks the next 90 days, including response time, resolution time, AI resolutions, recommendation decisions, Shopify actions, escalations, CSAT, and estimated hours avoided.
Internal model tokens and provider costs remain available only to the klaxify SaaS owner. Tenant pilot results focus on operating outcomes.
