Before you connect
Open Integrations, then choose Loop Subscriptions, Recharge, or Appstle Subscriptions. Each card opens a focused provider workspace. You need a read/write API token and the Shopify store domain used by that provider. Only a workspace owner or administrator can save credentials or change action guardrails.
Choose Connect provider, enter the store.myshopify.com domain and provider token, then save.
klaxify encrypts the token and never displays it again. Select Test connection before the first
sync. If the provider reports a permissions error, create a token with subscription read and write
access in that provider's administration area.
Synchronize customer subscriptions
Select Sync subscriptions on the connected provider. Recharge returns available subscription records directly. Loop and Appstle match subscriptions through tenant-scoped Shopify customer IDs, so customers should be synchronized from Shopify first.
The subscriptions table shows only records returned for the current workspace. A missing contract is not replaced with a sample record. Sync again after changing credentials, moving a subscription between customers, or resolving provider permissions.
Choose action guardrails
Open Action guardrails on the provider card. Each supported action can:
- require manager approval;
- run automatically after live eligibility and permission checks; or
- remain disabled.
Manager approval is the initial setting. Provider actions that cannot be executed and verified safely remain unavailable. Cancellation should normally keep manager approval until your workspace has reviewed real outcomes.
Prepare and verify an action
Open Manage beside a subscription to pause, resume, skip, reschedule, swap a product, or cancel, depending on provider capabilities and current status. klaxify reads the live contract before preparing the action. It blocks stale, duplicated, unsupported, and ineligible requests.
After execution, klaxify reads the contract again. The action becomes Completed only when the provider state confirms the requested result. An unconfirmed result remains visible as Verification pending instead of being reported as successful.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm the token belongs to the same Shopify store domain.
- Confirm the token has subscription read and write scopes.
- Sync Shopify customers before Loop or Appstle if no contracts appear.
- Open the Audit Log for the provider response category without exposing the API token.
- Do not repeatedly submit an action that is awaiting approval or verification; duplicate protection intentionally returns the existing action.
