Manage additional companies and brands

klaxify can place several companies or brands under one account without combining their customer operations. Each company or brand receives a separate workspace for its conversations, customers, Shopify connection, knowledge, AI behavior, permissions, background jobs, and audit history.

Add a workspace

Open Settings, then choose Companies & brands. A workspace owner can enter the company or brand name, choose its type, and decide whether to copy the current team’s access.

The number of workspaces available follows the store or brand allowance on the active plan. If the allowance is already in use, the Settings page links to the available plan options instead of creating an ungoverned extra workspace.

Decide whether to copy the team

When Copy this workspace’s team access is selected, each person receives the same role in the new workspace. This grants access; it does not copy conversations, customers, orders, credentials, knowledge, AI learning, or audit records.

Leave the option clear when only the owner should enter the new workspace initially. Additional members can be invited later from Team & roles.

Finish the new workspace setup

After creation, klaxify opens the guided setup interview for the new workspace. Connect the correct Shopify store, import and verify its products and policies, confirm its brand voice and guardrails, and test representative customer requests before enabling autonomous resolutions.

Switch between workspaces

Use the organization menu in the application header to switch. The active workspace is always identified in that menu. Switching changes the tenant context for every screen; klaxify does not show records from another company or brand in the active workspace.
